All Rental Units Require a Refundable $50.00 "CASH" Cleaning Deposit
upon check-in as well as a major credit card.

Sorry...No Pets Or Smoking Allowed In Any Rental Unit
Due to allergies, all rental units are pet and smoke free. Violations will result in a $150 fee and possible termination of your stay.

Cabin Rentals
2 day or weekly
Cabin's A, B, & C
are 1 - 2 bedrooms,
1 bath, kitchenette
with microwave, with
a futon and/or bunks.

Cabins 1-6 Floor Plan Layout

Cabin's 1-6 include
boilet toilet,
microwave,
refrigerator, outdoor
grill and access to water
outside of the unit.

All Rental Units are equipped with AC/Heat, TV/VCR, refrigerator
microwave, coffee maker, toaster, picnic table, grill and fire pit.

Please supply your own linens, personal accessories, pillows, blankets,
pots and pans, & kitchen utensils. These items are not furnished in any rental unit.

A-frame, M59, M60, M61, Breckenridge Park Model, M17, M23 and the
Family cabin are all lakefront with full kitchens and separate bedrooms.
